Disney World

Well, finally, here are some pictures from our trip to Disney World. We had so much fun. The girls have said several times that they miss Disney. This was Eric, and Maddie, and Ella's first trip to Disney. It was so funny to see their reactions to everything. Maddie and Ella somehow changed personalities while we were there. Maddie was "chatty Cathy". She couldn't stop smiling or talking. And the amazing thing was that she ran to all the characters and talked to everyone! Ella on the other hand was so in awe that she couldn't say anything to anybody. She walked around with her eyes as big as saucers the whole time. These are just a few of our favorite pictures. Here we are just before we left the house. This was Maddie and Ella's first plane trip. They were sooo excited!

Pop never looks at the camera. :)

watching the Festival of the Lion King...in awe
Princess dinner
Ariel loved that Maddie and Ella had the same color hair as her.

Epcot, or apecot as Maddie first called it

Maddie took this picture. I thought it was too funny not to include!

Maddie and Ella loved the teacups, but I had to include the picture of the 2 big kids!
Fresh off Space Mountain...yes I said Space Mountain. Ella is a thrill seeker, but Maddie surprised me again. She rode lots of rides that I never thought she would get on.

We got to be in the Family Fun Day parade in the Magic Kingdom. Maddie and Ella thought they had won the lottery!Ella's favorite ride. She's a little partial to elephants.I wasn't kidding when I said Ella's eyes were as big as saucers!

These are so stinkin' cute. I think it's precious that Ella's favorite ride was Dumbo (and that she's partial to elephants). It just keeps her young for while longer. Too cute! And, I loved that Ella was totally mesmerized, that one shot of her eyes is priceless.

And, Maddie-girl: You make me proud!! I can't believe you rode all those awesome rides. Bravo to your courage big girl!!

I sure am glad y'all had tons of fun. Just makes my heart happy, happy, happy!

Looking at all the pictures on here and the bazillion on our cameras just brings joy to my heart. I think this was my most favorite vacation...as Dad said, "Priceless." I'll ditto to Shana too; those kids are stinkin cute!

THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!!! You guys could be a commercial for Disney. They look like they had a blast. It's so awesome that your parents got to enjoy it with you. I kinda want my parents to go with us one day. They would love it as much as my kids. It's so cool experiencing those things with first timers...even Eric. I remember the first time Ken went out west with me. It was almost like I was doing it again for the first time...just showing him everything.
WHAT FUN!!! AND WHAT A GREAT AUNT Ella and Maddie have...teacups? Do you think we could adopt her so I could stand on the side and take pictures while she got sick and I stayed all happy. Now, that's sacrifice.

They'll never forget that. Maybe it should be a yearly tradition! What a great time of year to go.

What great pics! Those eyes were at least as big as saucers - so cute! I can't wait to go and share it all with my kiddos!

Looks like you had great fun!!!

I love Disney!!! Sandy and I have been a couple of times and now we want to go again.

Thanks for sharing the pictures. There is nothing like seeing the wonder in a childs eyes (or Eric's) as they experience Disney for the first time.

Glad you had a wonderful time!!!
